Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for shipment delivery. We will notify you if there are significant delays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery time:
- United States: 7–14 business days
- International orders (if applicable): 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs, or carrier delays.
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, including your tracking number(s). Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to become active.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivery but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.
